Excellent value for money and well-located, not far from the metro and close to a lot of restaurants
-
Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like puerta del mar that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition...
-
Close to restaurants, in the very heart of the city and also pretty near to train station
-
Friendly staff, central location, cleanliness and sufficient breakfast
Already a little bit worn out in our room, the carpet in the corridor should have been replaced long ago.
-
Breakfast on the 9th floor with a view over the whole Valencia
-
Very friendly, very good breakfast, top location!
-
Central, but quiet location in a nice place. Very friendly, helpful staff at the reception.
Bathroom a bit unusual, but clean, lots of space. Breakfast loud, restless, geared for throughput. Quality good.

The attitude of every member of staff we met was excellent - unvaryingly welcoming, friendly, attentive and efficient. They are among the best staff of any hotel we have visited. (We have stayed in some excellent hotels around the world). Assistance was always willingly given with, for example, locating a restaurant, ordering a taxi, or delaying the cleaning of rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Valencia, particularly the area of the Ayuntamiento, Plaza de la Reina, and Plaza de la Virgen and the areas off, and for enjoying the tapas restaurants and bars.
The room needed a little in the way of minor repairs and replacement - the carpets and shower-room are showing their age a little, but these did not detract in any significant way from our stay. We have visited Valencia three times now, and if we were to return it would be our first choice of hotel.

Position, confort, equipment....

The greatest this about the hotel is the location, you are 5 minutes from everything worth visiting in the Valencia Historical Center (El Mercado Central, Plaza del Ayuntamento, Plaza de la Reina, Plaza de la Rotonda, The Cathedral, etc) and from the shopping area. From Plaza del Ayuntamento (The City Hall) there are buses to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, to the Beach, to the BioParc, etc. The rooms are really big, very clean and the bad was huuuge & comfortable. We loved Valencia and we will come back for sure and most probably we will stay at this hotel.

The situation was excellent for getting around Valencia and the staff helpful
The restaurant was not well promoted except for the breakfast room which was very expensive
-
the staff were vere helpful
-
Centrally located. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Bathrooms were old and requires replacement, there was no water pressure to shower decently. Rooms furniture was old, though entrance and brakfast rooms were modern.

I love this hotel among all the hotels i stayed in Spain during this trip. The location is very good. Its a little away but everything is within walking distance. The rooms are very very nice (in asian standards as we are used to nice hotels). The room is nice and very spacious with a very nice bathroom. Wifi connection is also good.

Good location in city centre, close to shops and station. Rooms were a good size and excellent large double bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
There was a drain in the middle of the toilet floor and the stench was quite unbearable at some times. Decoration deteriorating around air conditioning unit looked unsightly. Would like to see a mini fridge/bar in room.
